After taking the 10am Fullers Ferry from Auckland to Waiheke [trip takes 45 minutes], your guide will be waiting for you at the Matiatia wharf. The tour commences with a drive along the scenic northern route, taking in spectacular views of the Hauraki Gulf and beyond to the Coromandel peninsula.

The morning will be spent visiting 3 of the islands top vineyards, selected to suit the season and your tastes from the following choices:

Cable Bay, Goldie, Kennedy Point, Mudbrick, Obsidian, Stonyridge, Te Whau, Jurassic Ridge, Te Motu, Peacock Sky, Wild on Waiheke and finally Batch Vineyard

Your guides have all completed the Bob Campbell Wine Diploma Course so certainly know their stuff.

So after a morning of tasting and perhaps even some purchases, we head to one of the islands great village or beach front cafes. Waiheke is famous for its dining options and you will not be disappointed with a great selection of gourmet treats on offer. One course lunch and a glass of Waiheke Wine or Beer is included.
